Secret to Reheating Leftover Pizza!
Pizza lover? Pizza connoisseur? Pizza eater?
What’s your best way to reheat pizza? I know we tend to overcomplicate things in this modern day and age by taking additional steps, however the microwave is NOT always the answer.
Sure. The microwave gives you oozing melted cheese in a matter of seconds, but at the cost of soft chewy crust. Whether it be leftover pizza or frozen pizza, taking a few extra streps to reheat pizza will always be worth it!
Sometimes you just want that cheese to melt, crust to be crispy, and pizza that actually tastes like pizza!
Top 3 Pizza Reheating Methods:
- Stovetop
- Ovenbaked
- Air-fryer
How to reheat pizza on the stove:
Reheating pizza on the stove is my ultimate favorite heating method. Why? I love me a crispy crust. I find that nothing else at home can help create that crispy texture.
- Heat a skillet on medium heat. You DO NOT need oil.
- Once the skillet is hot, add your pizza to the pan and heat for a few minutes.
- Add a few drops of water away from the pizza. You can add it to the sides of the pan.

If you’re not really into a crispy pizza crust, you can better control how your pizza tastes by using the oven to reheat. It’s simple and convenient.

- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place pizza on top of foil and reheat for 5–10 minutes.
- Optional Step: Switch to the broiler for epic melting cheese.

- Place your pizza into your air-fryer basket
